Widescreen Monitor Split?

How can I do a split in dreamweaver on a widescreen monitor so that I can see
an entire web page on the left side and the code for that web page on the
right? I only see a horizontal split, but have to believe there's a way to
split vertically.
I didn't know this one...

 Window -> Code Inspector (F10)

 I spent a while trying to get it as a top level panel (like Files/etc on the
left), but the best I could do was to put it under files. (This is in DW8).

 See where you can get with that. Also try  Window -> Workspace Layout -> Dual
Screen, but all this seemed to do is open the Code Inspector and undock
everything.

While in Design View, tap F10 to bring up a floating palette of code
view, then drag that palette to your other monitor.
