Hello!

I am getting the following error message when trying to use the "help" function in CS2. I have followed all the suggestions in Faq's and have reinstalled the product with "repair". I have also gone into preferences and increased memory from 55% to 80% (couldn't think of what else to try.)

Please don't advise me to repeat the fixes in Faq or knowledge database. I've already done it...twice

ahc.exe Application error.
The instruction at "0x00864a4d" referenced memory at "0x01320b08". The memory could not be written. Click to terminate the program.

Try to reinstall the "Help Package" for cs2.
