running win xp SP2 and CS3.

about half the time after I open PS (with bridge set to open automatically), when I try to launch an image, it launches in some app other than Photoshop. When I look at FILE OPEN WITH, it has lost PS as an app, let alone my default app.

Any idea how to make this more "stickey"???
