Creating curved line of text in Photoshop CS?

How do I create a curved line of text in Photoshop CS? Is there a way to manipulate the entire line of text or must I reposition each letter individually? I want the text New York City to follow the top arch of a round sign graphic.

Thanks,

Gary

Google is your friend.

First result from the search string "Photoshop CS" text on a path:

 Gary,

Text on a path is easier in other progs, Illustrator or CorelDraw for
instance, but if you insist, there a number of text on path tutorials for PS
here.
