Custom Web Forms Design

Can I get a critique on my work so far?

I just sort-of have kept going with a simple form and now I want to see how far I can take it. This is a screen shot. Screen shot <http://www.projectguard.com/images/demo_form.jpg>

I think I want to shimmy the Legend tag where it reads SMC calculator, maybe some sort of glassy/glossy overlay?

Did you mean to post in Photoshop Windows ?

Hi Chris, thank you for your *concern*.
I did mean to post in Photoshop Windows, as I am using Photoshop I believe on a WIndows XP platform to add the Custom designed Green marble background, as well as the Inch / metric conversion graphic that I have place a diagonal gradient fade on.

I also want to start changing the SMC Calculator button from a plain/flat html look to a nice sexy Photoshop button.

I am looking for critique and design ideas.

Hope that fits your bill.

Now back to anyone that has some constructive criticism. Thanks for the Forum Adobe. Thanks all.

Hi all,

I believe if I start going in a direction like this, I would start getting away from the more classy look of the Marble (really just a liquify pattern) of the dark green background.

Any ideas or tutorials I can get pointed to?

I would love to try and come up with some gold, curly type icons in the upper-right, and bottom-left corners.

Thanks again.
Dan
