I have a lot of images (mostly screen shots and drawings) that are appx 96 dpi. I am told I need to upsample them to 300 dpi for printing. Which of CS2's upsampling algorithms is best for this kind of thing?

Bicubic Smoother for making your image larger. (adding pixels)
